Account disabled
Q: My Account has been disabled, why?
A: Accounts get auto-disabled if they exceeding the limits of their plans. For example our Verified Pro is for light levels of testing and comes with an allowance of 60 emails or 120 API calls per day. If you exceed that amount, your account will be disabled. We can do a courtesy reactivation, just send an email to support@manybrain.com.
Missing attachments
Q: I'm sending emails with attachments, but the API isn't returning any. Why?
A: Most often, this occurs because the email client didn’t format the file as a true attachment. To verify, log into your Inbox on the Web and open the message. If the 'ATTACHMENTS' tab is visible, the file was processed correctly. If the tab is missing, the email was received without attachment data.
